阿奇霉素治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的疗效和安全性分析

目的探讨阿奇霉素治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的疗效和安全性。方法选取我院就诊的62例慢性支气管炎急性发作患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各31例。对照组给予口服阿奇霉素治疗：观察组给予口服左氧氟沙星治疗。结果观察组痊愈率19．4％，显效率54．8％，无效率3．2％；对照组痊愈率16．1％，显效率48．4％，无效率5．5％：两组治疗方式均有良好治疗效果，但差异无统计学意义。观察组在治疗过程中出现恶心2例，轻度腹泻1例；对照组出现轻度腹泻2例，ALT轻度升高1例。不良反应率均为9．7％，两组差异无统计学意义。结论阿奇霉素治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的疗效明显和安全性良好，值得临床推广应用。

Azithromycin treatment of chronic bronchitis acute analysis of the efficacy and safety

Objective Explore the analysis of azithromycin treatment of chronic bronchitis curative effect and safety of acute attack. Methods Cases were selected from acute attack of chronic bronchitis, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 31 cases. The control group was given oral azithromycin treatment; Observation group was given oral levofloxaein treatment. Results Observation group ： cure rate 19.4%, the efficiency 54.8%; Control group： cure rate 16.1%, the efficiency 48.4%. Two kinds of treatment has good therapeutic effect, but there isn＇t a large difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. There was no statistically significant difference. Appeared in the process of observation group in the treatment of nausea in 2 cases, 1 case with mild diarrhea; Control group showed mild diarrhea in 2 cases, moderately elevated ALT in 1 case. Adverse reaction rate was 9.7%, no significant differences between the two groups. There was no statistically significant difference. Conclusion The curative effect of azithromycin treatment of chronic bronchitis acute obviously and security is good, and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
