摘    要:本文报道原发性胼胝体坏死灶中出现ALzhEimer Ⅰ型(AⅠ)和2型(AⅡ)细胞的胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)免疫组织化学染色反应。AⅠ细胞呈强阳性染色,AⅡ细胞呈阴性染色。讨论了非高血氨性脑病中AⅠ和AⅡ细胞的形成机理。结果提示AⅠ细胞的发生与星形胶质细胞反应性增生的密切关系,以及AⅡ细胞在其形成的早期比正常的星形胶质细胞有更高的分裂和增殖能力。

Abstract:The immnnoreactivity of Alzheimer type I (AI) cells were strongly positive and type II (AII) cells negative to GFAP stain in Marchiafava-Bignami disease. The- cytogenesis of AI and A II cells in non-hepatic and non-hyperarnmonemic encophalopathy was discussed. Observations suggest: (1) a close interrelationship between the development of AI abnormality -and reactive astrogliosis, (2) the increase in the abiliiy of mitotic division of early A II cells in response to injury.
