血浆一氧化氮及硫化氢水平与冠心病介入治疗前后的临床观察

摘    要:
目的:探讨冠心病患者血浆一氧化氮(NO)和硫化氢(H2S)浓度与冠心病病变的关系。方法:选择经冠状动脉造影诊断的冠心病患者115例,于术前和支架植入后分别测定血浆NO和H2S,分析其与冠状动脉病变的关系。同时选取正常对照组48例,检测入选者的血浆NO及H2S浓度。结果:1.冠心病患者血浆NO和H2S水平明显低于正常人(P<0.01),支架植入后血浆NO和H2S浓度明显升高。2.随着冠状动脉病变支数的增多,血浆NO和H2S浓度逐渐降低;病变血管越多,术后NO和H2S浓度升高的幅度越小。3.合并高血压的冠心病患者,其血浆NO和H2S水平低于血压正常的冠心病患者。结论:冠心病患者血浆NO和H2S水平明显降低,血管重建术对冠状动脉血流再通的过程中有NO和H2S水平的改善。

Abstract:
Objective:To discuss the relationship between nitric oxide(NO) and hydrogen sulfide(H2S) in plasma and the pathological changes of the patients with coronary atherosclerosis disease.Methods:All patients were diagnosed by coronary artery angiography.Measured the NO and H2S in plasma before and just after PTCA.Analyzed the relationship between NO and H2S in plasma and the pathological changes of coronary artery.Results:1.The level of NO and H2S in plasma of the patients with coronary atherosclerosis disease was significant lower than control(P<0.01).After the patients undergoing the PTCA treatment,the level NO and H2S in plasma is higher than before,nearly the control group.2.The more seriously was the pathological changes of coronary artery,the lower was the level of NO and H2S in plasma.3.The level of the patients accompanied with hypertension was even lower.Conclusion:The level of NO and H2S in plasma of the patients with CAD is significant lower than control.It increased after the patients undergoing the PTCA.
