妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤84例临床分析

目的：探讨妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤的临床诊断和治疗经验。方法：对2008年10月至2009年12月共84例妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者的诊治资料进行回顾性分析。结果：84例患者中,孕早中期经B超诊断发现39例,剖宫产术中探查发现45例,其中7例发生蒂扭转。68例手术确诊病例中,36例瘤样病变。结论：B超诊断对孕早期妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤的诊断十分重要。对于肿瘤体积〉6cm的妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者,可选在孕16-18周手术。

Clinical Analysis of 84 Patients with Ovarian Tumors in Pregnancy

Objective： To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ovarian tumors in pregnancy.Method： The clinical diagnosis and treatment of 84 patients with ovarian tumors in pregnancy from Oct.2008 to Dec.2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Result： Among 84 patients,39 cases were diagnosed by B ultrasound in early and middle pregnancy,and 45 cases were found in the cesarean section,7 cases had been torsion.Surgery in 68 patients with confirmed cases,36 cases were tumor-like lesions.Conclusion：It is important to diagnose ovarian tumors in pregnancy in early and middle pregnancy by B ultrasound.To patients with tumor size more than 6cm or rapid increase in the short term and suspected malignancy,We can select optional surgery in 16-18 weeks pregnancy.
