摘    要:目的 初步探讨呼吸因素对托槽粘强度的影响。方法 选用离体双尖牙500颗,随机分为四组,分别于酸蚀吹干后,在口内与口外两种环境放置不同时间,涂引发剂,再进行粘结,以及酸蚀吹干并涂引发剂后,于口内与口外两种环境放置不时间后再进行粘结,测定各托槽的粘结强度,结果 酸蚀吹干并涂引发剂后呈口腔环境中1分钟以上进行粘结,均会使粘结度有下降(P〈0.05),以3分钟组最为明显。酸蚀吹干后暴露于口腔环境一段时间对

Abstract:Objective To assess the effect of oral environment factors on tensile bond strength of orthodontic adherence. Methods 500 extracted permanent human premolars were divided into four groups randomly. For the first and second groups, the teeth surfaces were primed and bonded with brackets in or out of the mouth 1 min, 3 min, 5 min, 7 min, and 9 min after etching. For the third and fourth groups, the brackets were bonded onto the teeth surfaces in or out of the mouth with the same duration after smearing the primer. The bond strength was measured. Results When the enamel was primed and exposed to the oral environment more than 1 min, the bond strength was significantly decreased (P<0.05) . However, exposure to the oral environment after enamel preparation didn't influence the bond strength ( PBZ>0.05). Conclusion The procedure of adherence should be completed within 1 min for each tooth.
