中西药联合保留灌肠治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

目的 观察中西药结合保留灌肠治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法 采用对照试验观察中西药结合组（治疗组）和单纯西药保留灌肠组（对照组）的临床疗效。10天为1个疗程，共2个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为96．7％，对照组总有效率73．3％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（χ^2=4．71，P〈0．05）。两组治疗后症状改善情况与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；腹痛、腹泻症状改善情况治疗组与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组治疗前后结肠镜检查积分情况（除息肉外）比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组与对照组比较（除息肉外）差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。粪常规检查结果两组治疗后与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组与对照组比较（除脓球外），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组复发情况比较，治疗组总复发率为33．3％，对照组为60．0％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（χ^2=4．286，P〈0．05）。结论中西药结合保留灌肠疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎具有良好的疗效。

Observation on Curative Effect of Chronic Ulcerative Colitis Treated by Retention Enema with Combination of Chinese and Western Drugs

Objective To evaluate the effect of retention enema with combination of Chinese and Western drugs in treating chronic ulcerative colitis (CUC).Methods The therapeutic effects of retention enema with combination of Chinese and Western drugs(as tested group)and with Western drugs alone (as control group) were compared in a randomized controlled trial.Results The total effective rate of clinical curative in the tested group and the control group was 96.7 % and 73.3 % respectively,the difference between them was significant (X~2=4.71,P<0.05).Statistical difference in comparing pre-and post-treatment condition and comparing be- tween groups was shown in comparison of symptoms,scores of endoscopic picture(except that of polypus),and routine examination of stool (except pus cell number,all P<0.05).The total recurrence rate of the tested group was 33.3 % and the control group 60.0 %,the difference between them was significant (X~2=4.286,P<0.05).Conclusion Retention enema with combination of Chinese and Western drugs has good curative effects in treating CUC.
