临床实习生社会支持与抑郁倾向的相关因素分析

目的:探讨临床实习生社会支持及其相关因素. 方法:对153名临床实习生进行社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D)问卷测评.结果:高社会支持组抑郁倾向比例低,非抑郁倾向组在主观支持、支持利用,以及社会支持总分方面显著高于抑郁倾向组.结论:临床实习生社会支持与抑郁倾向存在相关,应进一步完善社会支持系统,预防抑郁倾向.

Correlation analysis of society support and depression inclination of clinical trainees

Objective:The main aim of the research was to explore the correlation between society support and depression inclination of clinical trainees.Methods:153 clinical trainees were assessed with the social support rating scale(SSRS) and the center for epidemiologic studies depression scale(CES-D). Results: The high-society-support group had lower inclination to depression. Compared with the group inclining to depression, the group without inclination to depression scored higher level on society support and subjective su-pport and using society support more effectively. Conclusions: Nursing clinical trainees' society support was correlated with the inclination to depression. Improvement of the society support system would play an important part in preventing the students from inclining to depression.
