| 摘 要： | 目的观察针灸推拿配合走罐治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法将164例患者分为三组,其中针灸组50例,推拿组50例,针推走罐组64例。结果针推走罐组的疗效显著高于针灸组和推拿组(P<0.05)。结论针灸推拿和走罐治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效明显优于单纯针灸和单纯推拿。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture-moxibustion and massotherapy plus movable cupping in treating cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type.Methods One hundred and sixty-four patients were randomly allocated to three groups: an acupuncture-moxibustion group of 50 cases,a massotherapy group of 50 cases and a acupuncture-moxibustion and massotherapy plus movable cupping group of 64 cases.Results The curative effect was significantly better in the acupuncture-moxibustion and massotherapy plus movable cupping group than in the acupuncture-moxibustion group and in the massotherapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupuncture-moxibustion and massotherapy plus movable cupping is significantly better than those of simple acupuncture and moxibustion and simple massotherapy in treating cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type. |
