《内经》湿邪学说论治变应性鼻炎理论依据及病因病机分析

湿邪学说源自《黄帝内经》,经过后世医家的继承和进一步探究其理论体系比较完整,且具有良好的治疗效果,但在耳鼻喉科内应用不是很多。本研究首先分析了湿邪学说对变应性鼻炎治疗的相关理论基础及变应性鼻炎的病机病因,在治疗上一般为理气药结合祛湿药,体内水行气行,则水行湿化,宣通气机消除湿阻。从湿治疗时,注意升阳为要,祛湿为本,同时讲究顺应时令、三因制宜,希望为临床变应性鼻炎患者根治提供一些新的思路。

Theory Evidence and Etiological and Pathogenesis Analysis on Allergic Rhinitis of the Theory of Wet Evil in Neijing

Wet sinology is derived from the Emperor’s Internal Classics.After the inheritance and further exploration of the later generations,the theoretical system is relatively complete and has a good therapeutic effect,but it is not widely used in otolaryngology.This study first analyzes the relevant theoretical basis of the treatment of allergic rhinitis and the etiology of allergic rhinitis in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.In the treatment,it is generally a combination of Qi and phlegm medicine,and the body is hydrated.The ventilator eliminates moisture resistance.From the wet treatment,pay attention to the need for sun,dampness-based,while paying attention to seasonal,three-way measures,hope to provide some new ideas for the treatment of patients with clinical allergic rhinitis.
