十味消痤方联合康复新液治疗玫瑰痤疮的疗效及对DLQI评分、皮肤红斑指数的影响

目的:观察十味消痤方联合康复新液治疗玫瑰痤疮患者的效果及对患者DLQI评分、皮肤红斑指数的影响。方法:将2016年1月至2017年12月间我院收治100例的玫瑰痤疮患者随机分为观察组及对照组,对照组采用康复新液治疗,观察组采用十味消痤方联合康复新液治疗。治疗结束后对患者疗效进行评估;治疗前后采用DLQI评分量表对患者治疗前后生活质量进行评估,并采用多功能皮肤测试仪对EI进行测量。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率为80.00%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者DLQI评分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组DLQI评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组DLQI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者EI评分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组EI评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组EI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用十味消痤方联合康复新液治疗玫瑰痤疮后可有效提高临床疗效,改善DLQI评分和EI评分。

Effect of Using Shiwei Xiaocuo Recipe Combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in the Treatment of Rosacea Patients and Its Effect on DLQI Score and Skin Erythema Index

Objective:To analyze the effect of Shiwei Xiaocuo Recipe combined with Kangfuxin Liquid for patients with rosacea and its effect on DLQI score and skin erythema index.Methods:100 cases of rosacea in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group.The controlled group was treated with Kangfuxin Solution,and the observation group was treated with Shiwei Xiaocuo Recipe and Kangfuxin Solution.The efficacy of the patients was evaluated after the treatment.The quality of life before and after treatment was evaluated by DLQI scale before and after treatment,and the multi-functional skin test instrument was used to measure the EI.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 80%,significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05),and the two groups of DLQI scores were significantly lower(P<0.05)after treatment,and the DLQI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the controlled group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the EI score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the EI scores of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the EI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of acne vulgaris with Shiwei Xiaocuo Recipe combined with Kangfuxin Solution can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,improve the DLQI score and EI score.
