宣肺降火法治疗喉源性咳嗽临床研究

目的:观察宣肺降火法治疗喉源性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:本次研究纳入的对象为2016年1月～2017年1月在我院中医科就诊的喉源性咳嗽患者2000例,随机分组方式分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组1000例,采用宣肺降火法加减治疗+止咳胶囊,对照组1000例,采用常规抗感染治疗,比较两种治疗方式的效果。结果:两组入选者治疗前咳嗽程度评分比较不具有差异(P>0. 05),治疗后咳嗽程度评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组咳嗽程度评分低于对照组(P<0. 05),治疗10d后,治疗组的干咳、咽干、咽痒、咽部异物感和咽部充血症状总积分优于对照组,比较均存在差异统计学意义(均P<0. 05),治疗组总有效率87. 7%高于对照组78. 4%(P<0. 05),且两组患者均未发生明显不良反应。结论:在喉源性咳嗽的临床治疗中,采用宣肺降火法治疗的效果显著,能够减轻咳嗽程度,促进患者康复,具有在临床应用的效果。

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Laryngeal Cough by Xuanfei Jianghuo Method

Objective:To study the clinical effect of using Xuanfei Jianghuo Method in the treatment of laryngogenic cough.Methods:This study included the objects was between January 2016 and January 2016 in our hospital regions of 2000 patients with laryngeal cough, grouping randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group, the treatment group was with1000 examples,by releasing Xuanfei Jianghuo Method combined with Zhike Capsule,the controlled group was with 1000 cases,the conventional anti-infective therapy,comparing the effect of the two kinds of treatments.Results:The two groups of men cough degree before treatment with less scoring differences(P>0.05),the degree of cough scores were lower than before treatment,after treatment and the treatment group cough rate was lower than the controlled group(P< 0.05),10 d after treatment,the treatment group of dry cough,dry throat,pharyngeal itching,pharyngeal foreign body sensation and pharyngeal congestion symptoms total score was better than that of the controlled group,compared the differences statistically significant(P< 0.05),the total effectiveness rate of the treatment group was(87.7%) higher than the controlled group(78.4%)(P<0.05),and the two groups of patients,there was no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of laryngogenic cough,the effect of the treatment of lung cancer is significant,which can reduce the cough and promote the patient’ s recovery,which has the effect of clinical application.
