| 摘 要： | 肛周创面易受粪便污染,易形成慢性创面。肛周慢性创面的西医治疗以抗菌消炎、清除创面腐肉和局部应用生长因子等为主要手段,且疗效一般。近年来,随着中医药的发展,以去腐生肌为主的中医药疗法在治疗慢性创面中显示出了较好疗效。本文总结慢性创面形成的机制和近年来中医药的治疗进展,以冀为肛周慢性创面的治疗提供思路。

| Abstract: | Perianal wound is susceptible to fecal contamination,and the common wound is easy to form chronic wound. Western medicine is mainly used for antibacterial and anti-inflammatory treatment,scavenging wound carrion and applying growth factor etc.,and the effect is modest. In recent years,with the development of traditional Chinese medicine,the traditional Chinese medicine treatment with "Qufu Shengji" as the main treatment has a good effect on the treatment of chronic wound. This paper summarizes the mechanism of chronic wound formation and the treatment progress of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,wish to provide ideas for the treatment of chronic perianal wound. |
