| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨乙肝病毒标志物定量检测与肝脏损害的关系。方法：采用人院时第一份血清，应用时间分辨免疫荧光分析法（TRIFA）测定696例乙肝患者病毒标志物的含量，同步监测肝功能。结果：HBeAb与ALT呈负相关（r=-0．346，P〈0．05），HBeAg与TBIL呈负相关（r=-0．230，P〈0．05），而乙肝病毒标志物定量与AST、PAB、ALB、PT无关。结论：不能完全以乙肝病毒标志物的定量来判断患者肝功能的好坏。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the relationship between the quantities of the hepatitis B virus markers and hepatic injury.Methods:Six hundred and ninety six inpatients suffering from viral hepatitis type B were selected.The quantities of the hepatitis B virus markers were detected by time-resolved immunofluorometric assay at entrance,so did liver functions.Results:There were negative correlations between HBeAb and ALT(r=-0.346,P<0.05)as well as between HBeAg and TBIL(r=-0.230,P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between the quantities of the hepatitis B virus markers and either of AST,PAB,ALB,or PT.Conclusion:We could not judge the liver function by the quantities of the hepatitis B virus markers. |
