| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨促进中厚供皮区愈合,减少供皮区瘢痕的方法。方法:1999—2004年对45例中厚供皮区采用大张或邮票刃厚皮回植。结果:刃厚皮回植中厚供皮区创面愈合时间缩短,且愈后瘢痕增生不明显,色素改变较轻。结论:刃厚皮回植中厚供皮区手术方法,能促进供皮区创面愈合,减少瘢痕增生及色素改变。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the method to accelerate the wound healing and to reduce scar formation in thick split skin donor sites.Methods:During 1999 and 2004,45 cases with thick split skin donor sites were transplanted with razor thin skin.Results:All the thick split skin donor sites with razor thin skin transplanted healed in shorter period and with little scar or light pigmentation.Conclusion:The method is able to accelerate the wound healing and to reduce scar formation in thick split skin donor sites. |
