| 摘 要： | 目的：观察颈痛颗粒治疗神经根型颈椎病60例的临床疗效。方法：采用双盲双模拟平行对照法将神经根型颈椎病患者90例随机分为颈痛颗粒组（观察组）60例，颈复康颗粒组（对照组）30例，对比分析两组临床疗效。结果：观察组总有效率93．3％，对照组总有效率80．0％，P〈0、05，观察组疗效明显优于对照组。结论：颈痛颗粒治疗神经根型颈椎病有明显的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Jingtong Keli on treating nerve root cervical spondylosis in sixty cases. Methods： Ninety patients were divided randomly into two groups with double-blind and equal confrontation methods, six ty cases in Jingtong Keli group （observe group）, and thirty cases in Jingfukang Keli group （control group）, analyzed the clinical effect of the two groups＇. Results： The total effective rate of the observe group was 93.3%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.0~/~0%, P〈0.05, the clinical effect of Jingtong Keli on treating nerve root cervical spondylosis was markedly better than the Jingfukang Keli＇s. Conclusion： Jingtong Keli is an efficacious drug for treating nerve root cervical spondylosis. |
