| 摘 要： | 原发性肝癌(primary hepatocarcinoma,PHC)预后极差,早期诊断和转移监测极为重要。肝癌组织合成和分泌多种肝癌相关的蛋白、同工酶、基因标志等。循环血中的PHC特异性标志有助于肝癌的早期诊断、转移监测和复发预测。本文述评了PHC特异性标志物的研究进展。

| Abstract: | The prognosis of primary hepatocarcinoma(PHC) is very poor,early diagnosis and monitoring metastasis are very important.Hepatoma tissues can synthesize various PHC-related proteins,isoenzymes and genetic markers,such as hepatoma-specific AFP subfraction,hepatoma-specific GGT,IGF-Ⅱ mRNA,and miRNA,etc,and then secrete into blood.Circulating specific biomarkers are useful to early diagnosis of PHC or monitoring metastasis or postoperative recurrence of PHC.This paper comments summarizes recent studies of the specific biomarkers of PHC. |
