| 摘 要： | 目的观察α-硫辛酸对糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者血浆血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)水平的影响。方法将40例糖尿病视网膜病变患者分为治疗组(n=20)及对照组(n=20),对照组常规饮食控制、口服降糖药或胰岛素处理,治疗组在此基础上加用α-硫辛酸注射液进行治疗,α-硫辛酸300 mg加入到250 ml生理盐水中静脉点滴,1次/天,连续治疗20天,测定两组患者的VEGF水平。结果治疗组治疗后血浆VEGF水平较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 DR患者接受α-硫辛酸治疗后血VEGF表达降低,提示α-硫辛酸抗氧化应激的同时,亦可能通过降低VEGF而延缓糖尿病视网膜病变进展。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of alpha-lipoic acid on plasma vascular endothelial growth factor levels in patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods: A total of 40 patients with DR were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=20) and control group(n=20).Both of the two groups were both treated with dietary control and oral hypoglycemic drugs or insulin,meanwhile,the treatment group were also treated with alpha-lipoic acid 300 mg/d into liquid intravenous dripfor 20 days.The levels of VEGF in each group were detected.Results: The levels of VEGF were decreased significantly in alpha-lipoic acid treatment group after 20 days(P<0.01).Conclusion: Alpha-lipoic acid may depress the expression of VEGF,which may be one of the mechanisms for delaying the progress of DR. |
