| 自控镇痛泵用于肛肠病术后镇痛的临床观察与护理 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肛肠病术后自控镇痛(PCA)泵的效果及护理方法。方法选取肛肠疾病患者125例,随机分为观察组54例,对照组71例,观察组应用PCA泵进行镇痛,对照组出现疼痛后肌内注射盐酸哌替啶。结果观察组在镇痛效果及睡眠、肛门排气平均时间发生方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自控镇痛泵应用于肛肠手术后镇痛,是一种使用方便,安全,副作用小的镇痛方法,有利于促进患者的康复。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the easing pain effect of postoperative applying Patient-controlled Analgesia(PCA) pump on the patients after anorectal surgery and nursing methods.Methods:The easing pain effect of 54 clinic nursing patients who received PCA postoperatively were observed.Results: The effect of applying PCA was good,which reduced the requirements of medicine and was easy to be controlled.Conclusion: PCA is a method which is convenient,safe,and has less side-effect and can promote patients healing. |
