人工全髋置换术治疗12例股骨转子间骨折伴股骨头坏死

背景]探讨一次性人工全髋置换术治疗股骨转子间骨折伴股骨头坏死的疗效.病例报告]采用人工全髋置换术治疗12例股骨转子间骨折伴股骨头坏死,假体均采用Zimmer生物型髋臼假体及骨水泥型股骨柄,骨折固定用Zimmer钢缆进行.术后2~4周所有患者均可扶拐杖下床进行早期功能锻炼,随访6~18个月,根据Harris评分标准做功能评定,优者为7例,良者为4例.讨论]对股骨转子间骨折伴股骨头坏死患者实施一次性全髋人工关节置换术,可早期进行功能锻炼,减少并发症的发生.

Total hip replacement therapy for 12 cases of femoral intertrochannreric fracture with femur head necrosis

BACKGROUND To study the therapeutic effects of one stage total hip replacement(THR) for the femoral intertrochannreric fracture with ischemic necrosis of femoral head.CASE REPORTS 12 cases of the femoral intertrochannreric fracture with femur head necrosis were treated by the THR.All prosthesis was biology acetabulum prosthesis cement shaft of femur of Zimmer,and bone fracture fixed with wire rope of Zimmer.All patients got out of bed to do early functional exercise at 2～4 weeks after operation,and were followed up from 6 to 18 months.According to the Harris ranked scale,7 cases were excellent and 4 cases were good.DISCUSSIONThe patients of femoral intertrochannreric fracture with femur head necrosis treated by one stage THR can perform early functional exercise to reduce the complications.
