| Abstract: | We have described two rare, single-nucleotide polymorphisms within the promoter regions of the IL-12 p35 and p40 subunit genes. Transitions C to T at position -916 from the transcription start of the IL-12 p35 gene and G to T at position -1287 in the IL-12 p40 gene were observed. |
