中西医结合治疗急性淋菌性尿道炎疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗急性淋菌性尿道炎的临床疗效。方法：108例随机分为2组，治疗组54例，用西药头孢三嗪钠1．0克，每日1次静脉推注，连用3日，口服强力霉素0．1克，每日2次，连服7日，中药用清淋汤，日1剂，水煎服，连服3剂，对照组54例，静脉滴注青霉素钠盐800万单位，每日1次，连用6日，口服氟哌酸胶囊800mg，每日1次，连用7日，2组均治疗后第8日及第16日进行复查，评定疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为100．0％，对照组总有效率为85．2％，第2次复查尿道分泌物或前列腺按摩液细菌培养阳性率治疗组为1．9％，对照组为25．9％，2组总有效率及细菌培养阳性率比较均有显著性差异（P＜0．01），结论：中西医结合治疗急性淋菌性尿道炎疗效确切。

Investigalion of TCM combined with Western Medicine on acute gonococcal urethritis

Objective To investigate the effect of TCM combined with Western Medicine on acute gonococcal urethritis. Methods 108 patients of cute gonococcal urethritis were randomly allocated to two groups. In treatment group ( n = 54) Ceftriaxone, doxycycline and Qinglin decoction were utilized and in control group ( n = 54) penicillin and norfloxacium were utilized. A therapeutic course in both groups was 16 days. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group (100%) compared with those in control group (85.2%, P <0.01). Positive rate of bacterial culture in secretion of urethra in treat-ment group (1.9%) was significantly lower than that in control group (25.9%, P <0.01). Conclusions TCM combined with Western Medicine can produce a definite effect on the treatment of acute gonococcal ure-thritis.
