摘    要:目的建立同时测定甲硝唑氯己定含漱液中甲硝唑和醋酸氯己定含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用美国Waters高效液相色谱仪,流动相为甲醇-己腈-0.05mol/L用磷酸调节pH值至2.5的三己胺缓冲液(45:10:45),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长259nm。结果甲硝唑和醋酸氯己定在此条件下可实现基线分离,线性范围分别为32.9-131.7μg/mL(r=0.9999)和17.2~69.0μg/mL(r=0.9998),平均回收率分别为95.2%(RSD=1.4%)和93,6%(RSD=1.2%)。结论所用方法简便快速,结果准确可靠,可作为甲硝唑氯己定含漱液的质量控制方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for determining simultaneously the contents of metronidazole and chlorhexidine acetate in metronidazole chlorhexidine acetate gargle by HPLC. Methods US Waters high performance liquid chromatograph instrument was utilized and 0. 05 mol/L ethanol -acetonitrile - (adjusted pH to 2. 5 with phosphoric acid) triethylamine absorbing solution (45 : 10 : 45) was used as the mobile phase with the flow velocity 1.0 mL/min and the detective wavelength 259 nm. Results Under this condition the good separation of baselines between metronidazole and chlorhexidine acetate could be realized and the linear ranges of metronidazole and chlorhexidine acetate were 32.9 - 131.7 μg/mL ( r = 0. 999 9) and 17.2 - 69.0 μg/mL ( r = 0. 999 8) respectively. The recovery rate was 95.2% ( RSD = 1.6% ) and 93.6% ( RSD = 1.2% ) respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, reliable and suitable for the quality control of metronidazole chlorhexidine acetate gargle.
