稽留流产患者用药物流产的观察及护理

目的 探讨药物流产对不同孕周稽留流产的疗效及护理.方法 对160例稽留流产的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将停经10～13周的80例患者设为A组,停经组14～17周患者设为B组.结果 药物流产与稽留流产的孕周密切相关:孕周越小,完全流产率越高,排胎时间越短,阴道流血量越少(p＜0.01).结论 一旦确诊为稽留流产,在完善各种检查后应尽早行药流术,稽留流产患者在药物流产过程中,可能发生凝血功能障碍,要警惕阴道大出血的发生,细心护理至关重要.

Observation and Nursing about Patients with Missed Abortion During the Course of Medical Abortion

Objective:To research the curative effect and nursing of medical abortion to missed abortion.Methods:Retrospectively analyst the clinical datum of 160 cases of missed abortion.Results:Medical abortion was close related to the period of missed abortion:The period was shorter,the probability of complete abortion was higher,the time of discharging fetus was shorter,the vaginal bleeding was less.Conclusion:When missed abortion is diagnosed,after completing all kinds of checks,medical abortion should be executed as soon as possible.During the course of medical abortion,patients with missed abortion may develop into DIC.We should be coutious of vaginal hemorrhage.Nursing carefully is very important.
