立体定向手术治疗高血压深部脑出血

目的:总结立体定向微创手术治疗高血压深部脑出血的经验。方法:应用立体定向技术对41例高血压深部脑出血进行微创治疗。结果:立体定向手术均获成功,无手术并发症及死亡。术后72h血肿清除率>70%～90%,存活34例,6～12个月恢复良好率79.4%。结论:立体定向置管抽吸引流术可降低高血压深部脑出血的残死率。

The treatment of deep hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with sterotaxic surgery

Objective To conclude the experience of stereotaxic minimally surgery for deep hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Method 41 patients of deep hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were treated by stereotaxic technology. Results The stereotaxic operations were all successful, no operative death and operative comphcation.The evacuation of hematoma exceed 70%-00%, 34 patients were survive aider operation, follow-up from 6 to 12 months the fine rate of recovery is 79.4%. Conclusion The stereotaxic evacuation with deposit tube and elicited in the hematoma can decrease the mortality of deep hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
