平片与CT检查肋骨骨折的对照分析

目的:探讨平片与CT检查肋骨骨折的优缺点与价值比较。方法:随机抽取6 2例有平片和CT检查的肋骨骨折病例,对照分析所见征象。结果:6 2例肋骨骨折中,平片明确诊断6 1例、97处,阴性1例。常规CT明确诊断5 0例、86处,阴性4例。结论:应将平片列为诊断肋骨骨折的首选检查方法,明确有无合并伤时CT有一定优势,两者是相互补充而不能互相替代。

Comparision and Analysis of Plain Film and CT Scan Checking Ribfracture

Objective To study the advantage and weakness of plain film and CT diagnosis rib fracture,and comparing to these two check method.Methods To take out 62 cases of rib fracture with plain film and CT scan,analyst and compare plain film signs with CT scan signs.Results In this 62 cases of rib fracture,61 cases of rib fracture and 97 focus fracture were diagnosed with plain film,1 case is negative.50 cases and 86 focus of rib fracture were diagnosed by common CT scan,4 cases are negative.Conclusion Plain film should be the first choice to diagnose the rib fracture,CT scan is advantage to plain film when it is to definite merge wound.Two meansshould be complement mutually,not be replacement mutually.
