| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血府逐瘀汤对冠心病心肌缺血心肌损伤的保护作用及其作用机制。方法将60只大鼠随机分为6组,分别为:空白对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组(复方丹参滴丸)、血府逐瘀汤高、中、低剂量组,6天后皮下注射异丙肾上腺素(ISO)两次,检测乳酸脱氢酸(LDH)、磷酸激酸激酶(CK)与心电图(ECG)的改变。结果血府逐瘀汤能明显降低血清LDH活性及CK活力;改善ISO所致的大鼠心电图ST-T段的偏移。结论血府逐瘀汤对急性心肌缺血大鼠心肌损伤有保护作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the myocardial protection of acute myocardial ischemia in rats by xuefuzhuyutang and its mechanism.Methods Sixty rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:blank control group,model control group,positive control group(compound salvia pellet),xuefuzhuyutang group(high,middle and low dosage groups).The subcutaneous injection of isoproterenol was taken two times after 6 days,and the changes of lactic acid dehydrogenation(LDH),phosphate stimulated acid kinase(CK) and electrocardiogram(ECG) were detected.Results The vitality of CK and LDH were reduced and the shift of ST-T segment in ECG was improved.Conclusions Xuefuzhuyutang has the ability of protecting myocardial in rats with acute myocardial ischemia. |
