2011年大连市医疗卫生机构实验室生物安全调查

目的]了解大连市医疗卫生机构病原微生物实验室生物安全管理现状,为卫生行政部门提供决策依据。方法]2011年11月对大连市医疗机构、疾病预防控制机构共80家病原微生物实验室进行现场调查。结果]各级医疗卫生机构的生物安全备案情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),85.00%的实验室布局、结构和流程相对合理,82.50%的实验室配备了生物安全防护设施和设备,100.00%的实验室建立了生物安全管理规章制度,100.00%的实验室制订了SOP文件,96.25%的实验室对所从事的工作进行了危害评估,93.75%的实验室对工作人员进行了生物安全相关知识的培训,91.25%的实验室有规范的生物危险标识,93.75%的实验室相关记录完整规范,97.50%的实验室废弃物处理符合国家相关法律、法规和标准的要求,100.00%的实验室菌(毒)种的管理符合要求。结论]我市已逐步建立起生物安全管理体系,取得了可喜的成绩。

Survey on Laboratory Biosafety in Medical Institutions,Dalian City,2011

Objective]To understand the present management situation of laboratory biosafety in Dalian city,so as to provide policy making basis for health administrative department.Methods]An on-the-spot survey was conducted on 80 causative bacteria laboratories of Dalian city,including medical institutions,centers for disease prevention and control.Results]Put on the passing rate of causative bacteria laboratories in medical institutions at all levels.the difference was significant(P<0.05).85.00% laboratories had relatively rational layout,structure and flow.82.50% had biosafety facilities and equipments.100.00% established biosafety rules and regulations.100.00% formulated SOP documents.96.25% made hazard assessment.93.75% had training about biosafety.91.25% had standard biodanger signs.93.75% had complete and standard records.97.50% disposed medical rubbish according to relevant laws,regulations and standards.Strains management of 100.00% laboratories met the requirements.Conclusion]Causative bacteria laboratories of Dalian city have established biosafety administration system gradually,with desirable achievements.
