| 摘 要： | 目的:研究nm23蛋白在口腔鳞癌细胞株Tca8113中的表达,探讨其在口腔鳞癌发展中的作用。方法:Western blot法检测nm23蛋白的表达,免疫细胞化学法检测nm23蛋白的表达及其分布,激光扫描共聚焦显微镜观察细胞骨架的变化。结果:nm23蛋白在口腔鳞癌细胞中随着维生素E琥珀酸酯作用时间的延长表达上调,主要分布在细胞质中,细胞骨架的主要成分微丝肌动蛋白逐渐减少,呈碎片状。结论:nm23蛋白可能与口腔鳞癌的发展有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To detect the expression of nm23 protein in the oral squamous cell carcinoma Tca8113 and its cor- relation to the progression of oral squamous cell carcinomas.Methods:Western blot method was used to evaluate the nm23 protein expression.Immunocytochemistry was used to detect the nm23 protein expression and its distribution.A laser scanning confocal microscope was used to reveal the changes in the structure of cytoskeleton.Results:nm23 pro- tein levels were upregulated at 24 h after vitamin E succinate treatment and its distribution mainly surrounded the nu- clear membrane.The actin microfilaments were reduced slowly and fragmented.Conclusion:nm23 protein expression may contribute to the progression of oral squamous cell carcinoma. |
