西药联合黄葵胶囊治疗紫癜性肾炎临床观察

目的:观察西药联合黄葵胶囊治疗紫癜性肾炎的临床疗效。方法:42例分为两组,黄葵组20例和对照组22例,两组均用激素加免疫抑制剂等常规西药治疗,治疗组加用黄葵胶囊。结果:黄葵组与对照组总有效率分别为95.00%、86.36%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后两组尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞计数、血浆白蛋白等各项指标比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),黄葵组优于对照组。结论:西药联合黄葵胶囊治疗紫癜性肾炎可明显降低尿蛋白,提高疗效。

Clinical Observsation on Purpuric Nephritis Treated by Western Medicine Combined with Okra Capsule

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Huangkui capsules in the treatment of Anaphylatic Purpura Nephritis.Method:42 cases of Anaphylatic Purpura Nephritis syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group(22 cases)was treated with routine method(hormone and immunosuppressant)and treatment group(20 cases)was treated with 5 Huangkui capsules beside routine method.Results:The total effective rates were 95.00% for treatment group and 86.36% for control group(P<0.05).The difference of proteinuria,Urine erythrocyte counting,blood albumin between 2 groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).The proteinuria and hematuria of treatment group were significantly decreased compared to control group.Conclusion:Huangkui capsules corporate with routine method in the treatment of Anaphylatic Purpura Nephritis,which decreased the proteinuria and improve therapeutic efficacy.
