摘    要:目的研究甘草外部形态和不同种源与甘草中药用活性成分甘草酸和甘草苷含量的关系。方法采用田间调查和室内测定相结合的方法对甘草外部形态以及甘草药用活性成分含量进行调查和测定。结果经相关分析,筛选出一些与甘草酸和甘草苷含量相关的性状,筛选出内蒙古杭锦旗栽培的多年生甘草种源46和一年生高沙窝种源为优良育种材料。结论从单株性状对甘草酸和甘草苷含量进行选择的范围和改良潜力很大,甘草中药用活性成分含量受遗传和环境各方面因素的影响。

Abstract:Objective To study the correlation between the external morphology and the medicinal composition content including glycyrrhizin and liquiritin in the liquorice. Methods The method of field survey was adopted to research the external morphology of liquorice and the method of indoor survey was used to determine the medicinal composition content in liquorice. Results The correlation analysis results showed that some properties related to the content of glycyrrhizin and liquiritin were selected.The determined results of glycyrrhizin and liquiritin contents showed that the perennial provenance 46 which was planted in Hangjinqi(from inner Mongolia) and the annual Gaoshawo provenance were good breeding materials. Conclusion The selection scopes and the potential for improvement are great for the contents of glycyrrhizin and liquiritin from the individual selection.The medicinal composition content in liquorice can be affected by the genetic factor and environmental factor.
