宫腔镜手术治疗月经过多46例分析

目的：探讨宫腔镜手术治疗月经过多的临床应用价值。方法：回顾分析应用宫腔镜手术对因功能性子宫出血或子宫黏膜下肌瘤导致月经过多患者46例行子宫内膜电切术。结果：46例患者中，24例行宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术(transcervil resection of endometrium，TCRE)，22例行宫腔镜下黏膜下子宫肌瘤切除术(transcervil resec-tion of myoma，TCRM)，其中10例同时行子宫内膜电切术(TCRE)。术后3～12个月随访，无并发症。结论：宫腔镜下手术治疗因功能失调性子宫出血及子宫黏膜下肌瘤导致的月经过多是安全有效的。

The Analysis of Treatment of 46 Cases with Hypermenorrhea Using Hysteroscopic Surgery

Objective: To investigate the clinical value of using hysteroscopic surgery for hypermenorrhea. Method: 46 cases of performing hysteroscopic surgery to treat hyermenorrhea caused by dysfunctional uterine bleeding or submu cous fibromyoma were analyzed retrospectively. Result: In 46 cases,24 cases were performed transcervil resection of endo-metrium(TCRE) , 22 cases were performed transcervil resection of myoma (TCRM) , and 10 of them were performed TCRE at the same time. There were no complications after surgery. Conclusion: It is safe and effective to treat dysfunctional uterine bleeding or submucous fibromyoma using hysteroscopic surety.
