家庭延续性呼吸康复训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能及生活质量的影响

【摘要】目的：探究家庭延续性呼吸康复训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能和提高患者生活质量的影响。方法：选取我院呼吸内科收治的80例患有慢性阻塞性肺疾病的患者为研究对象，将患者随机分为常规护理组和护理干预组，常规护理组患者接受常规护理干预，护理干预组在此基础上给予家庭呼吸训练。护理周期结束后，比较常规护理组和护理干预组患者肺功能和患者生活质量。结果：治疗后，护理干预组患者用力肺活量（FVC）、第一秒用力呼气量（FEV1）、第1秒用力呼气量/用力肺活量（FEV1∕FVC）明显优于常规护理组（P<0.05），护理干预组症状改善更为显著。两组患者CAT问卷得分构成比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05)，护理干预组以轻微影响为主。结论：家庭延续性呼吸康复训练能够有效的改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能，提高患者生活质量的影响，可考虑在临床上进一步推广。

Effect of family continuity respiratory rehabilitation training on pulmonary function and quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To investigate the effect of family continuity respiratory rehabilitation training on pulmonary function and quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods We selected 80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease as objects of study,who were assigned into routine group and intervention group with 40 cases of each group.The patients of routine group received routine nursing,while patients of intervention group were given family respiratory rehabilitation training on that basis.Pulmonary function and quality of life of patients were compared after nursing.Results After treatment,FVC,FEV₁ and FEV₁/FVC of intervention group were significantly better than routine group (P<0.05).The difference in CAT questionnaire scores between two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05),and intervention group mainly had slight influence.Conclusions Family continuity respiratory rehabilitation training could improve pulmonary function and quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease effectively,which can be promoted in clinic.
