银杏叶提取物对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者血栓前状态的影响

目的 探讨银杏叶提取物对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者血栓前状态的影响.方法 将70例AECOPD患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例;两组均给予常规治疗,治疗组加用舒血宁注射液静脉滴注.对比治疗前后两组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、血管假血友病因子(vWF)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)及D-二聚体的水平.结果 治疗后,治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为97.1%、77.1%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后两组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、vWF、D-二聚体、FIB均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),而且治疗组以上指标均低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗过程中,两组均无不良反应发生.结论 银杏叶提取物可改善AECOPD患者血栓前状态及疗效.

Effect of ginkgo biloba extract on prethrombotic state in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To explore the effect of ginkgo biloba extract(GBE) on the prethrombotic state in the patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods Seventy patients with AECOPD were divided into treatment group and control group using random number table,with 35 cases in each group.Besides the conventional treatment performed in both groups,the treatment group was intravenously administered Shuxuening injection.The levels of whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,von Willebrand factor(vWF),fibrinogen(FIB) and D-dimer were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 97.1% and 77.1% respectively,and the efficacy of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,vWF,D-dimer and FIB were improved in both groups compared to the pre-treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of the indices above in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse effects occurred in either group during the treatment.Conclusion GBE can improve prethrombotic state and efficacy of the patients with AECOPD.
