| 摘 要： | 在10多年消灭脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)的肠道病毒(EV)检测中,中国的脊灰实验室网络分离了大量的EV。由于受EV鉴别方法的限制,EV感染的公共卫生学意义一直未能受到应有的重视。随着分子生物学技术的发展,特别是基因测序自动化和生物信息学的进步,基于序列分析鉴定EV的方法发展迅速。该文对人EV最新分类和鉴别方法进行了综述。

| Abstract: | During the surveillance of poliovirus eradication programme,a large guantitative enteroviruses were isolated in the poliovirus laboratory network all over China.They were not be considered as important public health problems,because feasible identification method of enterovirus is not available.With the development of molecular biology and bioinformatics,classification and identification of enterovirus have made great progress,especially basing on nucleotide sequence analysis. |
