蜡疗加康复训练治疗痉挛型脑瘫临床研究

目的探讨蜡疗对痉挛型脑瘫的改善作用。方法随机将山东省交通医院院收治的40例痉挛型脑瘫患者分为治疗组和对照组各20例,2组均采用医院常规康复治疗;治疗组在此基础上增加蜡疗,每日1次。3个疗程后进行疗效评估。结果治疗组治疗后显效率(20%)和总有效率(95%)明显高于对照组(45%和85%)(P<0.05);经简易Fugl-Mey-er功能评定,治疗组运动功能水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蜡疗加康复训练治疗痉挛型脑瘫能提高治疗效果,是良好的辅助性物理治疗方法,安全,无不良反应。

Clinical study of wax therapy and rehabilitation training on spastic cerebral palsy

Objective It is to approach the improvement of the wax therapy on spastic cerebral palsy.Methods 40 patients in Shandong Traffic Hospital with spastic cerebral palsy were chosen and randomly divided into therapy group and control group with 20 cases respectively.The conventional rehabilitation hospital treatment was executed in both groups,and the therapy group was extra given wax therapy 30min once per day.The curative effect was evaluated after 3 courses of treatment.Results After treatment,the excellence rate and the total effective rate of therapy group(70% and 95%) were higher than that of the Control Group(45% and 85%)(P<0.05).The value of motor function with Fugl-Meyer technique in therapy group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wax therapy combined with rehabilitation training is a good supporting physical therapy on spastic cerebral palsy,without any adverse reaction.
