临床护理路径在胸腰椎骨折围手术期患者中的应用

目的 制定适合胸腰椎骨折围手术期患者的临床护理路径表,并观察其应用效果.方法 将60例胸腰椎骨折围手术期患者随机分成2组,实验组和对照组,每组各30例,实验组按临床路径表方式进行护理.对照组采用传统护理方式护理.结果 实验组住院天数减少,医疗费用和并发症发生率均降低,患者满意度有较大提高,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 临床护理路径应用于胸腰椎骨折围手术期患者中,可促进患者早日康复,提高护理质量.

Application of clinical nursing pathway in the perioperative period of thoracolumbar frac- tures

ObJective To design proper charts of clinical nursing pathway for patient with thoracolumbar fracures in the perioperative period and observe their effects. Methods 60 patients with thoracolumbar fractures in the perioperative period were randomly divided into a study group and a control group, 30 for each group. The study group received nursing care according to the charts of clinical nurse pathway, while the control group received traditional care. Results Length of hospital stay was shortened, medical costs and rate of complications were increased, and patient satisfication was elevated in the study group, as compared with the control group. There were statistical significances between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Application of clinical nursing pathway in the perioperative period of thoracolumbar fractures can accelerate rehabilitation in pateints earlier and improve the quality of nursing.
