自护理论在鼻咽癌病人中的应用

目的 探讨以自我护理理论为指导的鼻咽癌自我护理计划对鼻咽癌病人生活质量的影响.方法 将66例鼻咽癌病人随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组31例,观察组35例,观察组应用自护理论进行护理,对照组只予常规健康教育指导,评价两组病人治疗配合程度及生活质量情况.结果 观察组治疗期间在口腔、皮肤护理方面能很好配合(P＜ 0.01),锻炼方面也较配合(P＜ 0.05),而饮食方面差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗后观察组病人皮肤反应较对照组轻(P＜ 0.05),黏膜反应、颞颌关节障碍发生较对照组明显减少(P＜0.01).结论 运用自护理论进行护理,能提高病人的配合程度,减轻治疗后不良反应的发生,提高病人的生活质量.

Application of self-care theory in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma

ObJective To explore the influence of self-care plan guided by self-care theory on quality of life in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 66 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into a control group and a study group. The study group received nursing care with application of self-care theory, while the control group received routine health education. Degrees of treatment compliance and quality of life were assessed in the two groups. Results In the study group; the patients could cooperated with oral and skin care （ P〈 0.01 ）, and body excises （ P〈 0.05 ） during treatment. Dietary did not differ significantly （ P〉 0.05 ）. After treatment, skin reactions were slighter in the study group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence rates of mucosal reactions and temporomandibularjoint disorder were obviously lower in the study group than in the control group （ P〈 0.01 }. Conclusions Application of self-care theory in nursing care can improve degree of patient compliance, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions associated with treatment, and improve quality of life in patients.
