| 摘 要： | 大量的研究表明,幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)是慢性活动性胃炎的病因,是消化性溃疡的重要的致病因子,HP感染可导致胃炎、胃溃疡的长期存在。而胃癌的形成亦与慢性活动性胃炎、胃溃疡的长期存在有关,故越来越多的学者关注于HP感染与胃癌(尤其是非贲门胃癌)的相关性研究,根除HP的治疗在胃癌的临床防治中也越来越广泛。本文旨在对诸多学者关于HP与胃癌及胃癌相关性胃疾病的关系的研究加以综述。
