| 摘 要： | 目的比较2种护理模式下上颌窦穿刺患者疼痛的程度。方法将40例需上颌窦穿刺患者随机分为2组，每组各20例，2组患者分别采用不同的护理模式（常规护理模式和护理干预模式），每位患者根据疼痛程度标准分级，比较2组上颌窦穿刺引起的疼痛程度。结果2组患者的疼痛程度差异有显著性（P〈0．01），与常规护理组比较，干预护理组疼痛程度较低。结论护理干预模式可减轻上颌窦穿刺患者的疼痛感，此方法优于常规护理。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of different nursing mode on the ache degree causing by maxillary sinus puncture.Methods 40 maxillary sinus puncture patients were divided randomly into two groups according to nursing mode,the routine group and nursing intervention group,20 cases in each group.The ache of every patient was recorded according to the criterion of ache degree.(Results It) showed significant difference in the ache degree between the two groups(P<0.01).Patients in the nursing intervention group had good result on ache degree.Conclusions The nursing intervention mode had more satisfied effects on the ache degree causing from maxillary sinus puncture than the routine nursing mode. |
