护理程序在肝硬化病人健康教育中运用

目的 探讨护理程序在肝硬化疾病健康教育中的作用。方法 运用护理程序五步骤：评估、护理诊断、计划、实施、评价，对128例住院肝硬化病人实施健康教育。结果病人对肝硬化疾病饮食注意事项、诱发因素、常用治疗药物、自我护理的认知程度明显提高。结论 在健康教育中应用护理程序，有利于病人建立和形成健康行为和生活方式，增强自我护理能力，提高生存质量。

Nursing Procedure in Health Education of Patients with Liver Cirrhosis

Objective To probe the role of nursing procedure in health education of patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods The health education program was implemented in 128 patients with liver cirrhosis in hospital, which included five steps: assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation. Results Evaluation of the program showed that patients cognition of the disease about diet, inducement, commonly used drug, self-care was improved. Conclusions Using nursing procedure in health education can help patients form health behavior and life style and develop self-care skills and improve their life quality.
