| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨整体护理干预应用于剖宫产患者的效果并评价。方法对280例剖宫产患者实施整体护理，并与同期常规护理的剖宫产患者进行比较，分析评价整体护理的效果。结果整体护理组在产后恢复、不良情绪、母乳喂养等方面均优于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论整体护理干预可提高产科护理质量，有利于产妇健康的恢复。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore and evaluate the effects of applying holistic nursing intervention on patients with cesarean delivery. Methods 280 patients with cesarean delivery were given holistic nursing care, and compared with patients with cesarean delivery that were given routine nursing care, and the effects of holistic nursing care were analyzed and evaluated. Results The group given holistic nursing care had better results with regard to postpartum recovery, negative emotions and breastfeeding than the group given routine nursing care, the difference was statistically significant（P ＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention can improve nursing care in the department of obstetrics, which is conducive to recovery of maternal health. |
