妈富隆治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血75例疗效评价

目的：探讨妈富隆治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法选择我院接受治疗的围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者150例，分为两组。对照组患者予以米非司酮治疗，观察组患者则予以妈富隆治疗。结果观察组总有效率为92.0%高于对照组总有效率为74.7%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。观察组患者控制止血时间与完全止血时间为（15.6＆#177;3.3）、（35.3＆#177;8.9）h，均低于对照组控制止血时间与完全止血时间（25.7＆#177;5.1）、（58.2＆#177;10.3）h，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者不良反应的发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论妈富隆在绝经期功能性子宫出血的治疗中具有较高的应用价值，能够改善患者症状、不良反应发生率低、安全可靠。

Evaluation of the effect of marvelon in the treatment of 75 cases of peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Objective To explore the clinical effect of marvelon in the treatment of peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 150 patients with peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding who were admitted to our hospital were selected and assigned to two groups. The control group was given mifepristone while the observation group was given marvelon. Results The total effective rate was 92.0% in observation group, higher than that of 74.7%in control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P＆lt;0.01）. Bleeding control time and complete hemostasis time were （15.6＆#177;3.3）h and （35.3＆#177;8.9）h respectively in observation group, lower than those of （25.7＆#177;5.1） h and （58.2＆#177;10.3）h in control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P ＆lt; 0.05）. The difference of adverse effects between the two groups was not statistically significant（P＆gt;0.05）. Conclusion Marvelon is of high value in the treatment of peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding, which helps alleviate symptoms, has lower rate of adverse effects and is safe and reliable.
