九江市农村老年保健效益指数分析

目的：评价老年性疾病对老年人寿命影响。方法：应用老年保健效益指数（GEI）对我市疾病监测系统1992年～1996年死亡监测资料进行分析。结果：5年间7种疾病GEI平均值男性为0．52，女性为0．62；年度间7种疾病GEI值，男性在0．49～0．54间波动，女性在0．59～0．62间逐年平缓上升。男性慢性阻塞性肺疾患（COPD）最高（0．57），女性血管病最低（0．49），女性则以COPD最高（0．70），急性心肌梗死最低（0．59）；男性心肌梗死及女性的高血压性心脏病的GEI呈下降趋势；而男性自杀、高血压性心脏病、肿瘤及女性脑血管病GEI呈上千趋势。结论：危害老年健康较大的病种为心脑血管病、自杀、肿瘤。急性心肌梗死对男性及高血压性心脏病对女性寿命危害趋强。

AN ANALYSIS ON GERACOMIA EFFECT INDEX AMONG THE ELDERLY IN JIUJIANG AREAS

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the impact of diseases on life - span for the elderly. METHOD: Geracomia Effect Index (GEI) has been used to analyze data of death cases that are collected by Jiujiang disease inspection system from year 1992 to 1996. RESULTS: The means GEI value for 7 diseases during the 5 - year period of time was 0.52 in men, ranged from 0.49 to 0.54, and 0.62 in women, with a yearly slight increase from 0.59 to 0.62. COPD had the highest incidence both in men (0.57) and women (0.70) . Women vascular diseases were the lowest (0.49) . The GEI value of acute myocardial infarction in men and hypertensive heart disease in women presented a decline tendency. But, male suicide, hypertensive heart disease, tumor and female cerebral vascular disease tended to increase. CONCLUSIONS: Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, suicide as well as tumor are the major health problems for the elderly health. Acute myocardial infarction for men and hypertensive heart disease for women are the increasing problems threatening the elderly.
