肢体残疾成人心理健康状况及其影响因素分析

目的 调查城区肢体残疾成人心理健康状况,分析其影响因素.方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)等量表对城区843例肢体残疾人进行调查,并与200例健康人群进行对照.结果 肢体残疾成人SCL-90评分显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)；相关分析发现伤残等级、性别、个性、婚姻、职业、居住情况与SCIL-90有显著相关性(P＜0.05,P＜0.01);多因素逐步回归分析显示影响患者SCL-90评分的主要因素依次为残疾等级、居住情况、SRSS、性格、工作状况、文化程度.结论 肢体残疾成人的心理健康状况全面低下,影响因素是多方面的,应引起社会的重视,加大对残疾人的关怀照顾和政策扶持,改善其心理健康状况.

Analysis of the mental health and influencing factors in the physical disabled adults

Objective To investigate the mental health of the extremity disability in urban area and the influencing factors. Methods SCL-90 and SSRS were used to evaluate 843 extremity disability adults and 200 normal adults in the urban area,and to compare the parameters between the two groups. Results The score of SCL- 90 in the extremity disability was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈 0.05）. The correlation analysis found that the disability level, gender, personality, marriage status,occupation, and living condition were significantly dependable （P〈 0.05, P〈 0.01）. Multiple- factor stepwise regression analysis showed that the main effective factors of patients＇ scores in SCL-90 were disability level,living condition, SRSS, personality, occupation and educational background. Conclusions The mental health status of the extremity disability is poor. It has versatile influencing factors. We should pay more attention to show concern and to give policy support in order to improve the mental health status of the extremity disabilities.
