精神分裂症住院综合征患者的社会功能及相关因素调查分析

目的 描述精神分裂症住院综合征患者的社会功能现状并探讨其相关因素.方法 采用住院精神病人社会功能评定量表(SSPI)、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、一般情况问卷,对上海市普陀区精神卫生中心的147例精神分裂症住院综合征患者进行调查.结果 (1)本次调查共发放问卷147份,收回有效问卷120份,有效回收率为81.6％.120例患者的总体社会功能均分为(18.89±7.12)分,说明这些患者存在着中度(SSPI总分18～28分)或量度(SSPI总分＜18分)的社会功能障碍；(2)患者阳性症状、阴性症状、精神病理症状及症状总分几乎均与社会功能三个维度及总分呈显著负相关(P＜0.01)；(3)患者的一般情况与社会功能分析显示:性别、婚姻状况、文化程度、住院次数是与其社会功能有关的因素.结论 精神分裂症住院综合征患者的社会功能普遍较差,相关因素是多方面的,应予以重视,在临床护理工作中,应从影响因素出发,对患者制定相应的干预体系和干预措施.

Evaluation of the social function of schizophrenic patients with hospitalization syndrome and its related factors

Objective To evaluate the social function of patients with schizophrenia hospitalization syndrome and to investigate the influencing factors. Methods We used Scale of Social function in Psychosis Inpatients （SSPI）, Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） and the general questionnaire to assess about 147 patients with schizophrenic hospitalization syndrome in Putuo District Mental Hospital of Shanghai. Results （1）147 questionnaires were distributed and 120 questionnaires were complete. The effective respondent rate was 81.6%. The average score of total social function was（18.89±7.12）, which indicated that there were moderate or severe social dysfunctions in these patients. （2）The total social function and its three dimensions of patients were significantly negatively correlated with positive symptoms, negative symptoms, and general psychopathology symptoms. （3） The patients＇ general social function analysis showed gender, maritalstatus, education level, number of hospitalizations were related to their social function. Conclusions The social functions of the hospitalized patients with schizophrenia were generally poor and the related factors were diversified. The appropriate intervention system should be formulated for the patients during clinical care.
