摘    要:目的揭示广藿香茎的发育及不同发育阶段挥发油在其内的分布,为合理的取药、用药提供理论和实践上的指导。方法石蜡切片法、半薄切片法、组织化学法。结果在广藿香茎的原分生组织中,未观察到有挥发油分布;在茎的初生、分生组织和初生结构形成早期,挥发油主要分布在茎表皮上着生的腺毛中;在茎的初生结构中,挥发油主要分布在皮层薄壁组织细胞中;在茎的次生结构中,挥发油则主要分布在残存的皮层薄壁组织细胞中。结论广藿香茎内的发挥油主要分布在茎的皮部,广藿香茎皮的厚薄可作为优良品种的选育指标。

Abstract:Objective To study the stem development and essential oil distribution in different deve- lopment stages of Pogostemon cablin and to provide theoretical information and practical guidance for reasonable harvest and use of this medicinal plant. Methods Paraffin method, semi-thin sectioning, and histochemical method were used. Results Essential oil was not found in the promeristem of stem; in the primary meristem of stem and the early stage of stem's primary structure, the essential oil was mainly distributed in glandular hairs; in the primary structure of stem, the essential oil was mainly distributed in cortex parenchyma cells; in the secondary structure of stem, the essential oil was mainly distributed in remaining cortex parenchyma cell. Conclusion The essential oil is mainly distributed in the stem bark, so the thickness of a stem bark can be used as a standard of selective breeding index.
