微创经皮肾镜取石与经尿道输尿管镜碎石治疗输尿管结石的对比分析

目的 探讨微创经皮肾镜取石与经尿道输尿管镜碎石治疗输尿管上段结石的效果.方法 选择本院2012年10月～2013年6月收治的输尿管上段结石患者60例,随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组30例患者给予微创经皮肾穿刺取石治疗,对照组30例患者给予经尿道输尿管碎石治疗,观察两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间等,统计患者的结石清除率.结果 两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;研究组患者术后3d、1个月结石清除率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 微创经皮肾镜取石治疗输尿管上段结石,结石清除率高,患者并发症少,创伤小,可作为输尿管上段结石的首选治疗方法.

Comparative analysis for minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy and transurethral ureteroscopy lithotripsy in treatment of upper ureteral calculi

Objective To evaluate the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy （MPCNL） and tran- surethral ureteroscopy lithotripsy （URL） in treatment of upper ureteral calculi. Methods 60 cases of patients with upper ureteral calculi in our hospital from October 2012 to June 2013,they were randomly divided into research group and the control group,the 30 patients in research group were given MPCNL treatment,the 30 patients in control group were giv- en URL treatment,the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay of two groups were compared and the stone clearance of two groups were recorded. Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay of two groups were compared,the difference was not significant （P〉0.05）.In 3 d,1 month after surgery,the stone clearance rate of research group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was signifi- cant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clearance rate of MPCNL in treatment of upper ureteral calculi is high,with fewer com- plications,small trauma,it can be the preferred treatment of ureteral calculi.
