复合乳酸菌联合三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌的疗效观察

目的 探讨复合乳酸菌联合三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌（Hp）的疗效.方法 将98例患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予标准三联疗法,治疗组患者在三联疗法的基础上加用复合乳酸菌,观察两组的Hp根除率.结果 治疗组的Hp根除率明显高于对照组（85.7％ vs 61.2％）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 复合乳酸菌联合三联疗法可以提高Hp的根除率.

Clinical observation of compound lactobacillus combined with triple therapy in treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection

Objective To investigate the clinical observation of compound lactobacillus combined with triple therapy in treatment of Helicobacter pylori （Hp） infection. Methods 98 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group were treated with triple therapy and the treatment group were treated with compound lactobacillus on the basis of triple therapy.The difference was compared between the two groups in the rate of Hp-eradication. Results The rate of Hp-eradication in the treatment group was much higher than that of the control group （85.7% vs 61.2%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The compound lactobacillus combined with triple therapy can effec- tively improve the rate of refractory Hp-eradication.
