摘    要:目的:优选瘰疬膏最佳水煎煮提取工艺.方法:设计3因素3水平9组试验,考察加水量、煎煮时间、提取次数对干膏得率影响;同时选取方中君药玄参的主要有效成分哈巴俄苷作为含量考察指标,采用HPLC法测哈巴俄苷的含量.结果:加水量8倍、煎煮时间1 h,提取3次工艺为干膏得率最高,哈巴俄苷的含量最高.结论:根据试验的结果,同时考虑成本,拟定以加水量8倍,煎煮时间1 h,煎煮3次为最佳提取工艺.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the water extraction technique for Luoli pastes. Methods : According to the orthogonal exper- iment with three factors and three levels ,9 liquid samples by water extraction were prepared . The best water extraction technique was selected with the yield of extract and the content of harpagoside as the indices. Results : The water extrac, tion with 8-fold water, 1 h boil- ing and 3 times extraction showed the highest extraction yield and harpagoside content. Conclusion: The optimal water extraction tech- nique is with 8-fold water,boiling lh and extracting 3 times.
