七叶皂苷钠治疗喘息患者的研究

目的　评价七叶皂苷钠注射液治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎和支气管哮喘的有效性与安全性。方法　将 84例慢性喘息型支气管炎和支气管哮喘患者随机分为 2组 :观察组用七叶皂苷钠 2 0mg加入生理盐水 4 0mL中缓慢静脉注射 ,每日 2次 ;对照组用甲基强的松龙 4 0mg加入生理盐水 4 0mL中静脉注射 ,每日 1次。 2组疗程均为 5d。结果　 2组肺功能改善情况、临床疗效和综合疗效均无显著性差异 (P均 >0 .0 5 ) ,观察组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为12 %和 2 1% ,经相应对症处理后不影响治疗。结论　七叶皂苷钠治疗喘息患者安全、有效。

Study of sodium aescinate on gasping patients

Objective It is to assess the efficacy and safety of sodium aescinate injection on chronic asthmatic bronchitis and bronchial asthma.Methods 84 patients with chronic asthmatic bronchitis and bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups. Observation group was treated with sodium aescinate 20 mg physiological saline 40 mL by mainline twice a day. Control group was treated with methylprednisolone 40 mg physiological saline 40 mL by mainline once a day. Both groups' periods of treatment were five days.Results There was no significant difference in improvement of lung function, clinical curative effect and total curative effect between the two groups (P>0.05). The side-effect occurring rate of observation group was 12% and that of control group was 21%, but the curative effect were not affected after allopathy.Conclusion Sodium aescinate is an effective and safe medicine on gasping patients.
